Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Do Not Miss Anything (the "Service") is provided by [Company name AB], [Org. no. 559XXX-XXXX], [Street address, postcode, city, Sweden] ("we", "us"). Questions, support and billing: support@donotmissanything.com.

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you accept them on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

2. The Service

A web application for teams: shared task lists, a resource planner for projects and people, and email notifications. Work happens inside an organization; its owners and admins manage members, settings and billing. The Service is intended for business use.

The demo on our homepage is a temporary sandbox with sample data. It is deleted automatically after 24 hours and must not be used for real data.

3. Plans and prices

  • Free — free of charge, up to 5 members.
  • Pro — €8 per member per month, up to 25 members.
  • Enterprise — €15 per member per month, unlimited members.

Yearly billing costs ten times the monthly price (two months free). Prices are in euros and exclude VAT, which is added where applicable. What each plan includes is listed on our pricing page. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email to the organization's owners; the change applies from your next billing period after that, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

4. Subscriptions and recurring billing

  • Paid plans are subscriptions for an organization, billed in advance each month or year and renewing automatically until cancelled. By subscribing you authorize us, through our payment provider, to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period.
  • You are billed per member. When members join or leave, the billed quantity is adjusted automatically and the difference for the rest of the current period is prorated on your next invoice.
  • Switching between paid plans takes effect immediately and is prorated the same way.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and never stored by us. Invoices and receipts are available under Admin → Billing → Manage billing.
  • If a payment fails we retry it and notify you; the plan stays active meanwhile. If payment still can't be collected, the organization moves to the Free plan.

5. Cancellation

An organization owner or admin can cancel at any time under Admin → Billing → Manage billing, or by emailing support@donotmissanything.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the paid plan stays active until then and you are not charged again. Afterwards the organization continues on the Free plan: your data is kept, but features outside the Free plan become read-only or unavailable, and no new members can join beyond the Free plan's limit. You can delete your account or organization at any time.

6. Refunds and disputes

  • Fees already paid are not refunded for unused time after a cancellation or downgrade, except where these terms or mandatory law say otherwise.
  • If you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge, or a charge after you had cancelled — contact us within 30 days and we will refund the incorrect amount.
  • If the Service is materially unavailable through our fault, contact us and we will credit or refund a fair share of that period's fee.
  • Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; most billing issues are resolved within a few business days. We respond to billing questions within 5 business days.
  • If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from a subscription. Because the Service starts immediately at your request, you agree that if you withdraw within those 14 days you pay for the part of the period already used, and receive the rest back.

7. Your responsibilities

  • Keep your login details secret and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
  • Don't use the Service for anything unlawful, to send spam, to infringe others' rights, to upload malware, or to disrupt or probe the Service or other customers' data.
  • Organization admins decide who has access and what is emailed to members, and are responsible for having a lawful basis for the personal data their organization puts into the Service.

We may suspend accounts or organizations that break these rules, after notice where reasonable.

8. Your data

You own the content you put into the Service. We only use it to provide the Service to you. For personal data your organization enters, we act as its processor on its instructions. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can download your personal data at any time from Account settings, on every plan.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and secure but don't guarantee uninterrupted operation, and may carry out maintenance. We may develop and change features; we won't remove a core feature of a paid plan during a billing period you have paid for. We may update these terms and will notify organization owners by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect.

10. Liability

The Service is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or lost data, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts, with the Stockholm District Court as first instance. Consumers can also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, arn.se).
